hu..hu.. susahnye nak turun berat nih!

Alahai .... dah masuk 23 hari dah program nie. but berat ku turun 1kg (+/-) je. sadis wooo...

macam mana nk buat nie......

Ada jugak yang give-up nanti.

Dah la selera makan makin bertambah sekarang nie. asyik lapar je. tapi... buat setakat nie, nasi masih bertahan lagi walaupun terasa kecur je air liur bila tengok nasi tu. Tus.. tus... tus...

Ehhh... tak boleh. aku harus berubah. Aku mahu kurus. Mahu fit. dan mahu sihat.

Chaiyok!!!

    kdg2 kite pun rasa mcm fed up gak tgk timbang tu xgerak2..babysitter yg dok sama bli timbang pun ckp...

  2. betul...kdg kala kte rs give up sbb berat x turun..tp mungkin juga akak alami penurunan inchi bdn kerana setiap org x same. Dulu, ms mula2 sy byk turun inchi bdn apabila buat workout...berat ni kdg2 je turun...

    pepun, yg ptg cara kte makan & workout yg akak buat

    jgn give up kak leeja....teruskan usaha....pasti berjaya....

    patience is a must.. u're already lose 1kg's pon dh dikire a big achievement taw.. bkn sng² je berat nak turon dlm amount mcm tue.. gpon baru 23 hari kan.. no need to rushing² sgt.. have fun with it..

    btw, sometimes kg's tak byk turon, but in inches musti dah lose dh tue.. lyke what mia & adianiez ckp.. having some measurement on your body oke.. and each tyme mase nak naek atas scale, don't forget to measured also.. keep track on it.. insyaAllah, sure ade progress pnye.. goodluck oke.. ! ;]
